Selection process step by step

It is important for us that our partners understand exactly how a medical selection process takes place with us - from pre-screening of candidates to signing a contract. Below we present the main steps of the process.

1. First contact with the candidate

The process always starts with a short, informal contact. This is carried out by one of our consultants. The candidate is contacted by phone or email about a half-hour online interview, where questions specifically tailored to the position are also discussed.

2. Online interview - pre-screening

During the interview, our consultant presents the position offered by the clinic and assesses whether the applicant would be a professional and personal fit for the given institution. At the same time, there is also the opportunity to ask questions from the candidate – for example, about the details of the position, working conditions, or even relocation circumstances.

3. Preparation of an IMP profile

If the candidate is open to moving forward, we will prepare a personalized IMP profile for them. This is a structured, easy-to-understand introductory material (together with the CV), which we will send directly to the clinics. Based on this, you can decide whether you would like to proceed with the interview.

4. Arrangement of a clinical interview

If an institution is interested in the candidate, we will arrange a suitable time for a personal or online interview with both the clinic and the applicant. In addition, it is possible that several institutions are interested in the same candidate, which has the advantage that the applicant can compare the options and make an informed decision. This increases the chance of commitment and contributes to long-term successful cooperation.

5. Decision and contract conclusion

After the clinical interview, the decision is in your hands: if there is mutual sympathy, the contract conclusion process can begin. We provide active support at this stage as well: we help with arranging appointments, maintaining contact, and, if necessary, interpreting.
